Over half the people who visit our Personal Training Area are interested in gaining muscle mass and strength. As most of you have learned first hand, whether you are a novice or a highly experienced gym trained athlete, Betterbodz has someone here who is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. And, like all our on-line programs, this help is always absolutely free.Obviously, gaining mass and strength is a combination of :
correct training procedures while in the gym; correct diet or food fueling; high level non-food fueling or supplementation.
We invite you to browse the Maximum Mass Program; a great starting point for individuals who are interested in high performance training.
We also invite you to click on the Mass Gain Logic Pyramid. The Pyramid was designed by us to clear up some of the common misconceptions concerning supplements. This should be a great help for anyone taking any type of supplement product.
Finally, we have a new Mass Gain/Strength “Inner Circle” Group that we are forming. The members of this group will have the benefit of a constant flow of information concerning training and fueling. They will have easy access to the latest scientific information on mass gain techniques. They will receive special discounts on the most popular mass gain products from leading brand name companies. These are just a few of the positive elements of your participation in this group.
Here is how it works.
There are five levels to the Inner Circle.
- Basic: You are part of the Basic Level when you join the group or before you qualify for part of an Upper Level Ring.
- White Level: Participants who bench 1.25 times their body weight for 2 repetitions become White Level participants.
- Blue Level: Participants who bench 1.50 times their body weight for two repetitions become Blue Level participants.
- Red Level: Participants who bench 1.75 times their body weight for two repetitions become Red Level participants.
- Black Level: Participants who bench twice their body weight for two repetitions become Black Level participants.
Our goal is to see that every member raises a level each 6-9 months. When you achieve a specific level, we send you a silk screened tank top in that color signifying your achievement. We also list you on the “Inner Circle” page along with pictures, a bio and your training tips for others, if you choose.
Every couple weeks we will have a three or four day qualifying time where you can attempt the bench and receive credit for your lift.
